Rosemary Mac n Cheese Bites

ROSEMARY MAC N CHEESE BITES
1 package gluten-free macaroni (16 0z box)
1 package follow your heart mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 T flax meal + 1/4 c hemp milk
1 T olive oil
2 T fresh rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
extra flax meal to garnish

1 dozen cupcake wrappers + tray

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Prepare pasta according to box directions. Toss prepared pasta with olive oil and flax- hemp milk. Stir in cheese, salt and rosemary. Spoon into cupcake wrappers and dust with flax meal. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.

Quick tip: For adults, I like to substitute the mozzarella with 1 c raw cashew cheese.
